5lbs & 18.5 inches gone!!

Yes in 4 days of this program I managed to loose that and still going. I am sorry I didn't post it right away I was just busy with everything else. But I was so excited and shocked at the same time. This stuff actually works. I have a lot more energy and feel very much accomplished by what I am doing. I get to measure and weigh myself every thurs. so I will be posting those results when then arrive. Artie lost 7 lbs and 14 inches as well. He is struggling a little bit on this program but of course he wasn't doing it correctly. (typical) But now that he has been through this a week he will be sure to get it right now. I believe that by the summer I will be a different person. Can say for sure how small I will be but I am praying within the single digits in size.
