Donovan is officially a preschooler

I can't believe it. My little man is going to school. He could not wait to get to school yesterday. Of course I was a mess. I was actually crying when I took this pic. When we got to the school he walked in to his classroom and his teacher greeted him and showed him his little closet space with his name on it. Then she asked him if he had a lunch and he began to pull it out to show her. As soon as he saw the kids he ran and started to interact with them. He was so overwhelmed with all the stuff and kids that he forgot that I even existed. I had to tell Donovan that I wanted a kiss and he finally came over to me very quickly and said goodbye. I was a mess.

When I went to pick him up he had plenty of stories and he can't wait to go back on Wednesday. He even has homework already. He has to bring something in for show and tell. How exciting.
