
Well after being on Isagenix for about 6 weeks I figured I needed to incorporate a workout to start tightening while I loose. So I went to my work out dvd archive and found my turbo jam. I love this workout. I have 2 dvds but within the dvds there are 4 different workouts for concentrations. Right now I do my 20 min cardio since that is all I have time to get in right now but during my cleanse days I focus on like abs or sculpting. I am past the pain so I am not really sore anymore. I can't wait to see what my body is going to look like in the summer after all this hard work.
