My Isagenix Experience Day 1

Well today since to be like any ordinary day. I have the day off for President's Day and I got up at about 730 am to start my regiment. My shake to start was great and very filling. Artie liked his as well. An hour and a half later I am supposed to eat 2 almonds but didnt bc I just didnt have any (forgot to get those) but I wasnt even hungry. After Iming my sister in law (Becca)she reminded me that I was supposed to take the Ionic Supreme. OOPs..down the hatch that went. Ugh...that was gross...but it is a shot of vitamins that is supposed to boost your systerm. Still drinking tons of water and going to bathroom like crazy. Since I didnt have an almond to much on I decided to try out my wafers. Not bad. Lunch came around and I made a huge salad with carrots & cucumbers and cooked up turkey burger that I chopped in there. I made my own dressing with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and ate it all up. As I was eating I was IMing my sister in law and she reminded me that I had to have a starch with this meal so I said what do you eat starchy with a salad and she says she usually eats a piece of bread. So I gave Artie and I a piece of bread to finish off this meal. Not to bad. Right about 230ish I decided to try out my IsaDelights. It reminded me of the pure chocolate bars that my grandmother would have in her pantry to make real hot chocolate with. I also gave Artie a chocolate wafer to suck on. Mind you he hates chocolate. So he endured it. Now I am trying to figure out how this is going to fit into my ever so hectic life. My only problem with this is that it is soooo regimented that I feel like I am going to forget some vitamin or drink or something. But the good thing about this program is that you have mentors (Becca & Rachel) to coach you through this process. Now I am anxiously (sarcasm) awaiting my dinner (shake) and seeing what tomorrow is going to bring and also the fact that I have to set up my meals for the rest of the week. Well tata for now....happy cleansing!!!
